A Farmgate price is typically lower than the price a customer pays in a retail store setting, because it does not include the costs incurred by a major supply chain.

To keep costs lower for our customers OuttaRange Farmgate offers food products for your pets, grown on a small scale with a small carbon footprint.

 

We provide a delivery service to Port Augusta, Stirling North, Quorn, Wilmington, Port Pirie and Whyalla.

We are committed to providing the best care to our animals ensuring the best products are produced and selected for your exotic pets.

If you are not familiar with or offended by a fact of life that animals eat other animals. And if you have an issue with prey animals being grown to feed the carnivores of the world...    please stop, go make a cuppa and chill out.

All animals have a right to exist...please be mindful that we ARE aware that every animal can be catergorised as a pet. All pets require love, care and their nutritional needs met.

We have taken all care to ensure that no images of culling, deceased animals or feeding of animals are on any of our promotional media. 

We have permission from Our Customers Human Owners to use their images, and comments.

Please keep in mind that OuttaRange Farmgate is a small scale business and we are not a franchise or large pet product chain store. We are growing the products that we are selling. We have been working at increasing stock numbers for our customers for several months. If we do not have a particular size/weight of item you are needing, we will do our best to grow it for you.  

Our frozen stock items depend on our animals, and the seasons. Keeping supply up and our customers happy is important to us. Advance orders are welcomed and will reduce the risk of not having what you would like for your exotic pet.

Our Products

Quail

We grow and hatch our own Quail. Able to provide from 3 day old chicks up to adult size.    

Rabbits

We grow and can provide rabbits of different sizes to suit your animals nutritional needs.

Rats & Mice

We grow and raise friendly healthy rats and mice, and can offer different sizes to suit your pets needs.

Chicks & Ducklings

We grow and offer a range of chicken chicks and ducklings from 3 day old to 1 week old.

Bugs & Grubs

Our Mealworm farm and Woodie enclosure is expanding.  Yummy treats for your frogs and lizards.

As our customers grow, so do we

We are a small set up, with room to grow and flexibilty to expand the stock we can supply to our customers.

We do have a small list of suppliers to source any products we do not have or grow ourselves. Our prices will still beat those of larger chain stores due to our low overhead costs and expenses.

If there is a request or a need for something special, please ask. We will do our best to help you meet the needs of your beloved pets.

As seasons change, so do the cycles of our animals. Times of cooler weather and birds moulting may impact our amount of stock. But we will endeavour to have the freezers stocked with your most wanted items.
